Kerry Davison representing the Planning Commission reviewed the public hearing at Planning Commission and reported the Planning Commission recommendation to approve the three items of change to the Comprehensive Plan. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1721 OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE CITY OF LYONS, KANSAS was presented. Council Members Hass and Harkrader moved and seconded to approve.
