For all transfer applications, include statement on whether overall research plans/aims have changed from original submission, and, if so, provide updated information Updated "other support" page(s), if necessary Resources page with probable effect of the move on the project Checklist page Certification of IRB/IACUC approval, including OHRP and OLAW assurance numbers, if applicable Detailed list of equipment purchased with grant funds to be transferred to new organization (inclusion of list in transfer application from the new organization indicates acceptance of title to equipment) RESIN: 6.24.11 37

Grant Transfers Suzanne Alstadt, Director, ORSP More Things to Keep in Mind A delay in submission of the relinquishing statement, final FSR, and final invention statement for the original institution will delay the transfer NIH will issue an NOA to UAMS to transfer the grant Prior year carryforward funds are not included in the NOA.
