Jeffrey E. As you will see in this annual report, the past year was exemplary in many ways. We made great strides in expanding our reach and impact on our community. From our stroke telemedicine program that gives our patients real-time access to leading neurologists to our medical homes that deliver streamlined, patient-focused care, it s all part of how we re forging ahead to build a healthcare system that meets the needs of the people we serve. We hope you will also get a glimpse of why PHS has earned many recognitions and awards. On a daily basis, I m inspired by the hard work of our physicians, nurses and staff who continually go above and beyond to serve our patients and neighbors with respect, compassion and excellence.
