Examination Examinations and assessment are currently provided as part of the course framework of a GAFM registered or accredited training program, such as: Executive Programs provided by partner universities or world-class training companies. Exams are localized to allow for regional regulatory conditions, taxation requirements and other market specific situations. Examinations are provided in the lingua-franca of the country where GAFM candidates are participating in the program. Normally, exams are conducted 12- weeks after the closure of their related training programs. English language is not mandatory. Continuous Education After receiving your GAFM certificate, you are required to show a continuous Education record during the two years of membership. Annually, each GAFM charter holder and board certification holder should complete 15 hours or more of continuing education CE credits. Contained below is a list of education that counts toward Continuous Education credits with the GAFM. The GAFM Approved Conference counts for full CE Credit. This is an approved 12- day conference or seminar event that counts for 15 hours. Attendance of 15 or more hours of approved education for lawyers or CPAs. (2 days of training) 15 Hours of executive education from an Approved Provider or AACSB, ABA, EQUIS, or ACBSP accredited business school approved program (i.e. or one full graduate course would count) Publish an article in the GAFM Articles Journal or Qualified Peer Reviewed Journal Attend one of our Global Wealth Management Conferences or Summits, or a GAFM recognized training program. Discounts and Policies Frequent Clients In recognition of those clients who frequently nominate participants on public courses offered by Universe Path Academy, a special discount of 10% on paid fees will be given if 10 or more candidates are nominated per year. This special discount will apply to the 10th paid nomination onwards on courses offered during the period January 1 to December 31, 2018. For early payments (before 30 calendar days from the starting day), each participant shall receive 15% discount on the full price. In addition to the aforementioned discounts, one extra free place is offered to any organization that makes 3 paid nominations for the same certificate and dates. For group discounts (five participants and more), please contact: marketing@universepath.com Registration Terms Nominations to our public courses are to be processed by the client s HR/Training department except for self-nominations which are to be paid in advance. A refund will be issued back to the client in the event of course cancellation or seat unavailability. Registration confirmation is subject to Universe Path Academy s review of registration request and seat availability. Cancellation Terms If a confirmed registration is cancelled less than 3 calendar days prior to the course start date, a substitute participant may be nominated to attend the same course, or a 20% cancellation charge is applied. The same 20% cancellation fee will be charged in case the participant is a no-show. Feedback and Complaints Universe Path Academy welcomes feedback related to its people, products or processes.
