Program principles include strategies for contextualized and accelerated instruction with comprehensive student support in structured career pathways designed to reduce the amount of time a Basic Skills PLUS student is enrolled. Eligible instructional Basic Skills PLUS programs provide students with the skills necessary for successful transition into and completion of postsecondary education or training, or employment.
