Annexure B CRITERIA FOR REGISTRATION 1. FINANCIAL CRITERIA The financial limit of vendor will be calculated based on the lowest of the following- i) Turnover Average Annual financial turnover during the last 3 years, ending 31st March of the previous financial year, should be at least 30% of the registration limit. ii) Job Value Highest value of work carried out during the last 7 years for service jobs and 2 years for store/purchase contracts ending last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are received should be either of the following- a) Three similar completed works executed in the category for which registration is being sought costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the registration limit. Or b) Two similar completed works executed in the category for which registration is being sought costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the registration limit Or c) c) One similar completed work executed in the category for which registration is being sought costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the registration limit. 2. TECHNICAL CRITERIA The registration of the vendors is subject to the fulfilment of the following basic criteria ENLISTMENT OF VENDORS, BPCL HRS (ADMIN)-S Page 9 of 11

i) The Vendor should have executed jobs in the category for which registration is being sought (attach documentary evidence). ii) iii) iv) The Vendor should have valid Trade License. The nature of trade as mentioned in the Trade license should be relevant to the category for which registration is being sought (attach documentary evidence). The Vendor should have adequate number of skilled / experienced workforce from reputed institutes who are competent enough to carry out the job (attach detailed list of employees along with supporting documentary evidence). The Vendor should have adequate number of equipment s/ technical capability/ manufacturing capacity/ places of business necessary to carry out the job in the category for which registration is being sought (attach list along with documentary evidence as applicable). v) The Vendor should have a valid labour license and shall submit a copy of the same (if applicable). vi) BPCL officials may visit any of the Vendor s facilities/ locations if necessary, to ascertain the criteria. NOTE For registration in the category of Courier Services the Vendor should own a web site with mail tracking facility and must have a facility to provide system generated report on delivery confirmation on weekly basis or as and when requested for. ****************************************************************************** ENLISTMENT OF VENDORS, BPCL HRS (ADMIN)-S Page 10 of 11
