OUR VISION The Foundation actively participates and is working focused on the 2020 strategy, helping to supply solutions and tools to improve health and quality of life for people with chronic respiratory disease. We are working for the community affected which includes: patients, familymembers, care-givers, doctors and healthcare professionals who are interested in new roles in m-health care. Lovexair aims to complement the healthcare services from a patients perspective, reinforcing areas that need closer attention. The challenge is to implement a strategy that supports the medical profession through programs and activities developed for different stages in the detection, prevention and management of respiratory disease. OUR TEAM CEO & Founder Shane Fitch established Lovexair Foundation to offer umbrella support to the community affected by respiratory disease (patients, care-givers and healthcare professionals). Works transversally in international networks (EIP AHA, Alpha-1 & COPD Global, the PAC of the ELF/ERS & the European COPD Coalition). Institutional Relations & Media Rosa Siles Moreno amongst other posts, has served as Director Institutional Relations in the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Gender Equality & as an advisor to vice-presidential government dept..natalia Quintela has more than 10 years experience in communications in various sectors: finance, tourism,business. & event organization, nationally & internationally in the healthcare sector. Physiotherapists Jordi Vilaró & Begoña Jiménez: support researchers; Eva Maroto, Raúl Escudero,Anna Ferrán & Cecilia Fueyo: physiotherapists specialised in cardio respiratory, pediatric and occupational therapy. IT Department Aurora Ferrándiz: advisor and expert in ICTs & Integral solutions for Healthcare providers, has participated in the definition, production and operation for a wide variety of IT projects in Telecoms, Electronic & Administration. Communication Department Leonor Pérez,Victor Gascón & Jose María Barandarián: consultants specialised in business & Institutional communication, media and social networks, graphic design- supporting organisations in the healthcare sector. Lovexair also relies on the expert guidance of members in their Advisory Board & Patient Advisory Group.

OUR ICT PARTNER SPECIALISTS IN e-health SOLUTIONS For the platform and m-solution we have been working with Persei Healthcare in Spain. Their experience in IT health, trusted networks, choice of arquitecture, security, ecosystems and vision for m-health with patient participation fitted with our requirements. MOBILE HEALTH: Persei Apps facilitate the patient follow-up, support the physician in decision-making processes & allows for improved management of each pathology through educational Programs and Big Data algorithms.

CONNECTED WITH PARTNERS PRIORITIES We want to make a significant impact on healthcare delivery with patient centricity: Providing solutions and co-creating innovative m-health products to prevent and help to improve the quality of life and wellness of those affected by respiratory diseases. Supporting healthcare professionals and public services, collaborating with industry to provide low-cost solutions for this community. Creating awareness in Society, expanding health education to empower patients and offering other solutions close to home, in the community, for people affected by chronic disease.

OUR HERITAGE WITH INDUSTRY, PHARMACIES & ESTABLISHED PROJECTS Identifying patients with COPD in Primary Care Centres in the IDEPOC Campaign Co-design and development for a nationwide education campaign to raise awareness, build an informed network of educators to support families and deliver materials to improve diagnosis and management in children with asthma. Sharing HappyAir program across patient organization networks to encourage best practices and help support newly developing organizations who may benefit from shared resources and disease-management tools, understanding ethics, patient engagement and future clinical benefits in the m-health era. Raising awareness internationally in COPD through the 1st Global Summit held in Spain. Aim to improve understanding of the impact of lung disease, build patient leadership capabilities, connect with KOLs and partnership networking across the international community in new countries across the globe. Raising awareness in Pharmacy networks for spirometry testing, education on disease management, and support training to improve outreach to local communities affected by respiratory disease.

A new web-based service which enables: Patients to share their progress or outcomes with their clinician and educator/coach Clinicians to make quicker decisions regarding care pathway priorities/interventions Patients to be more involved in their care, make more informed choices and enhance adherence levels Our partners network to support the healthcare system, improving safety, reducing costs and aiding in the delivery of better chronic care management Future R&D resource base based on clinical data input by patients for patients with their consentment

Portfolio of education materials + training manual for educators ( in production) Dedicated micro-web with access to information on the service, downloadable education materials +app, communication amongst the community of users (soft launch) Training program for first-wave of educators drafted Contactcenter solution for tele-care guidance due for launch 20162017 IT solution for clinical study in 3 leading Hospitals in Madrid & App (betaversion in progress) Clinical study launched February 2016. First phase results due November 2016 Program ready to implement in regional pilots + engaging partnering with pharmacy network +HCP support We will begin to offer the service directly to users in 2017 and are now looking for partners for scaling-up the service.
