Program Overview DISH was awarded funding from the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) for the purposes of providing low cost high-speed Internet to rural unserved areas The HughesNet service continues to be available through the DISH Recovery Act Program Offer appears in POW when the customer s address is eligible NOTE! Order Placement New Orders should be entered in POW as usual If the installation address is eligible for the DISH Recovery Act Program, you will see the Congratulations screen giving additional details on the offer Existing DISH Recovery Act and Hughes Recovery Act customers are not eligible to upgrade to the new DISH Recovery Act Connect service plan.
