There are 4 national programs planned for 2016. This program is designed for orthopaedic surgeons, senior administrators and operational leaders, interested in advancing their collective knowledge on the many factors that impact the Triple Aim, including ways to improve clinical outcomes, increase patient satisfaction and reduce costs in both an inpatient and outpatient setting. REGIONAL Achieving Triple Aim Performance In The Outpatient Setting This program is designed for orthopaedic surgeons, senior administrators and operational leaders, interested in advancing their collective knowledge on the many factors that impact the Triple Aim, including ways to improve clinical outcomes, increase patient satisfaction and reduce costs in an outpatient setting. LOCAL On-Site Visitation The on-site visitation is designed to provide the opportunity to meet experienced surgeons in either a one-on-one setting or in a small group. Participants observe live surgery and discuss surgical technique, indications, clinical results & process. This smaller group option may be a mix of presentations, case reviews, instrumentation, treatment therapies, and other learning methods. DIGITAL Web-Based Learning The digital or web-based learning options are designed to provide on-demand access to education & training. Live & archived webcasts are available. All digital content is stored on www.depuysynthesinstitute.com. VOCAL Phone Consults Phone consults are conversations arranged 1 2 weeks in advance and last for 30 minutes.
