We are committed to developing new and innovative approaches to successfully complete all of our projects by applying the latest technologies to achieve compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards while seeking the most cost-effective solutions for our clients. ABOUT ACI ACI Recycling and Disposal, an Alamo1 company, is a San Antonio, Texas, based company with offices located around Central Texas. ACI has been in the waste management industry for 15 years. The company began renting roll-off containers to customers in San Antonio, TX and surrounding areas and has expanded to include residential and commercial waste collection and recycling for customers across the Central Texas region. ACI is currently extending our services to include the Rio Grande Valley. As we continually grow, we strive to keep improving and refining our environmental management services to meet present and future challenges. ACI has developed a team of trained professionals in waste management whose objective is to provide our customers with the highest quality of service in the safest manner possible. We will design waste and recycling plans that will accommodate both our customers needs and budgets. Our goal is to increase waste diversion percentages, reduce costs and improve efficiency for our clients. 3 Page

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL WASTE REMOVAL COMMERCIAL WASTE COLLECTION ACI serves the Texas cities of Hondo, Devine, Dilley, Fredericksburg, Kerrville, Pearsall, Charlotte, Natalia, Poteet, Edcouch, Elsa, La Villa and the Rio Grande Valley Area. We provide service to over 3,000 commercial accounts. ROLL-OFFS ACI furnishes many roll-off containers for retail businesses, demolition and construction project sites, as well as customers with home projects. We offer an assortment of container sizes, from 10 to 40 cubic yards, to accommodate each of our customers individual needs. ACI will haul your container, properly dispose of the waste and return back to your business or project site upon request. COMPACTORS ACI also provides compactors for those businesses that produce larger volumes of waste. The compactor is recommended as a way to help minimize costs. It allows for the container to hold larger quantities of waste, therefore enabling you to get the most usage out of your container and reducing the number of pulls and returns otherwise required. ENVIRONMENTAL WASTE ACI uses special containers for the transportation and disposal of environmental waste. We transport and properly dispose of asbestos and Class 1 & 2 waste. ACI also transports hazardous materials from jobsites. RESIDENTIAL WASTE COLLECTION ACI has expanded its waste management services to include residential waste collection for the Texas cities of Hondo, Devine, Fredericksburg, Dilley, Charlotte, Natalia, Edcouch, Elsa, La Villa, Poteet and Pearsall. We are the primary sanitation company in these cities and provide service to over 12,000 residents. We furnish our customers with waste wheelers for weekly garbage pick-up. CONCRETE RECYCLING ACI is making an effort to become a more green business by offering concrete crushing. Instead of disposing of leftover concrete from demolition and construction sites, we will crush the concrete and recycle it for many other future uses, such as paving roads. ACI can either crush concrete on the jobsite or at our local recycling facility. MULCH COMPOST ACI has initiated efforts to expand the mulch and compost services. 4 Page

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND RECYCLING ACI emphasizes recycling as much as possible in all of its operations. We dismantle simple to complex structures quickly, safely, and with minimal environmental impact. This is always our main goal on all activities. Below are some examples of recycling services that Alamo1 / ACI provides within each division. Recycling provides the following benefits: Reduces disposal volumes Reduces transportation costs Conserves natural resources Secures our competitive pricing on all demolition projects DEMOLITION Most of the demolition debris that is recovered at each project is classified and transformed into reusable materials. This process allows us to provide our customers with cost effective solutions, quality, and efficiency. PETROLEUM Used oil and other hydrocarbons are collected, stored, and processed for their calorific value. We also collect used oil filters for recycling. REMEDIATION Oil impacted soils are bio-treated and regenerated to render them reusable as backfill. CONSTRUCTION ACI offers mulch and compost recycling services to our customers. RECYCLING FACILITIES Alamo1/ACI has four plant facilities where waste recycling activities occur: San Antonio, TX Giddings, TX Fredericksburg, TX Hondo, TX 5 Page

ACI follows strict quality control and assurance plans on all projects. The quality control activities regularly taken by the project team continually improve quality at every phase of the project. The quality control and assurance program includes provisions for standards, testing, inspecting, identifying as well as corrective actions and documentation controls. Our multi-phase quality control inspections insure adherence to specifications and project requirements. This approach includes inspections of work elements during preparatory, initial and follow-up phases.
