TOUR: Army Reserve Center The Army Corps of Engineers are finishing up construction on a $11M training facility for the Army Reserves. Helping the Wounded Warrior Project The QL+ Accessible Cab entry (ACE) Lift is a modified system to enable disabled Veterans to safely enter and exit the operating cabs of a wide range of heavy equipment, such as big rigs, tractors and trash trucks. The device is central to QL+ s Lift Vets to Work! Program, a training and certification initiative designed to expand employment opportunities for wounded warriors in construction, waste management, agriculture and transportation. More information on this and other QL+ programs can be found at: http://www.qlplus.org. The Robins AFB Post has decided to donate at the Bronze level ($250) for the ACE Lift program. Our donation will go towards the engineering of the system to enable individuals with mobility issues to safely and easily enter and exit a range of heavy machinery. Do you or your company wish to donate to the Wounded Warrior Project? Your generous donation to WWP helps thousands of Wounded Warriors - and their families - as they return home from the current conflicts. Donation options include one-time gifts, the Advance Guard Monthly Giving Program, and more. Please visit: http://www.woundedwarriorproject.org to learn about the multiple opportunities to get involved with this worthy cause.
