Our doctors have delivered thousands of babies since hiring our first obstetrician in 1944, and many more by Dr. Facey himself prior to that date! Today, Facey employs fourteen physicians and four nurse practitioners specifically trained in the field of obstetrics and gynecology. Together with our caring staff, they provide a wide selection of services to meet your needs. Many of our physicians are trained to perform highly specialized types of procedures, such as advanced laparoscopy and minimally invasive hysterectomy. We have relationships with several regional hospitals: Providence Holy Cross Hospital, Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital, Providence Tarzana Medical Center, and Northridge Hospital Medical Center.

Facey Medical Group accepts most types of insurance plans, including: HMO, PPO, POS, Medicare, Senior HMO (Medicare Advantage), and Medicare/MediCal. A full list of the plans that we currently accept is available online at: http://www.facey.com/insurance Many HMO insurance plans do not require any prior authorization from your primary care provider (PCP) for routine health services including well woman care, preventive care and prenatal care with a Facey OB-Gyn specialist. We strongly encourage you to check your explanation of benefits to see when you can self-refer before you call to schedule an appointment with us. Our OB-Gyn team will assist in requesting any needed authorization for select procedures. They will coordinate your care with your Facey primary care provider.
