Antitrust Compliance Statement ISPOR has a policy of strict compliance with both United States, and other applicable international antitrust laws and regulations. Antitrust laws prohibit competitors from engaging in actions that could result in an unreasonable restraint of trade. ISPOR members must avoid discussing certain topics when they are together, including, prices, fees, rates, profit margins, or other terms or conditions of sale. Members have an obligation to terminate any discussion, seek legal counsel s advice, or, if necessary, terminate any meeting if the discussion might be construed to raise antitrust risks. The Antitrust policy is available on the ISPOR website, under About ISPOR.

ISPOR Chapter leadership support ISPOR Regional Chapter Handbook Purpose: to provide resources and guidance, helping ISPOR Regional Chapter Leadership to succeed in their roles. Content: 5 sections, including Introduction, Roles and Responsibilities, Policies and Procedures, Resources and Best Practices. Electronic access mid-november 2017 ISPOR Chapter Leadership Training programme is being developed for launch in 2018 (webinar, training sessions ISPOR Baltimore and ISPOR Barcelona) ISPOR Chapter Award Programme: to recognize outstanding contribution and leadership of Regional Chapters in 3 categories (Small, Medium, Large). ISPOR International Digest of Databases The Digest of International Databases Special Interest Group (SIG) is seeking Chapter Leaders assistance to identify country specific databases and registries get involved! The ISPOR Digest of International Databases, originally developed by ISPOR in 2008; It is an electronic index of health care databases around the world, which provides a summary of key attributes; In order for the Digest to remain a useful resource to researchers, the information provided must be accurate, up-to-date, and comprehensive. ISPOR Regional Meetings general aspects To be developed in identified markets that meet the set criteria (see document for the list of criteria) May be stand-alone program or may be offered in partnership with an existing Chapter conference, but will not be offered during a time or distance that competes with an existing planned ISPOR Conference. ISPOR Regional Groups, via the development of annual agendas and work plans, may be asked to recommend potential locations for 1 or 2 day Regional Meetings. Recommendations should be made at least 2 years in advance. ISPOR may seek the input of the regional Consortia, Networks or Chapters in determining the availability of local amenities or incentives such as Tourism Board incentives. All negotiations, contracting, and contact with venues and potential venues will be done solely by ISPOR staff or ISPOR designated consultants. 15
ISPOR Regional Meetings general aspects ISPOR Regional Networks/Chapters: Create awareness and promote locally. Work with ISPOR HQ in offering suggestions and support in sponsorship and funding recruitment. ISPOR Regional Chapter (event s country): Make suggestions for consideration of participation by local government leaders or other dignitaries for opening ceremony. Offer recommendations for social event theme and locations. Provide volunteers as needed ISPOR HQ is in charge of and responsible for planning, budget, final decisions and organizing the event. 16
