APNA elearning Center October 2017 New APNA elearning Center Platform! Active for the APNA Transitions in Practice Certificate Program starting 1st, then after migration of 150+ sessions from our previous platform, full launch & announcement to the membership on 25th. Email Announcement highlighted the new look, robust search, detailed CE transcript, and live chat support: Website page highlights new features with screen shots: https://www.apna.org/i4a/pages/index.cfm?pageid=6282 My profile and setting interest categories, which are then used to suggest content based on your interests Detailed transcripts indicating title, type of CE (pharmacology clearly listed), credits earned, and the date requested by members for purposes of reporting their CE for certification and licensure requirements. Quick search on the home page or a full site search, with filtering by category, content type, or keywords. Improved support through email, phone, or new: chat! Online representatives can see which site our learners are on, whether they are logged in, and can remotely access their computer (with permission) to assist in real time.
