This brochure includes a basic schedule of the events planned for Alumnae/i Weekend 2018 and a registration form. We are hosting a cluster-style reunion for the Classes of 1992, 1993, and 1994 to celebrate their 25th Year Silver Jubilee Reunion. Carroll will give an update on the university and the Powerful Promise campaign. Alumnae/i Luncheons 11:30 a.m. 1:00 p.m. Separate luncheons will be held for the 50th reunion Golden Jubilee class, the 25th reunion Silver Jubilee class, Rosarian alumnae (class of 1967 and earlier), and a general luncheon for all other guests. Class Photos Scheduled throughout the day The schedule will be posted at Alumnae/i Weekend. Campus Tours and Afternoon Programming Sessions 1:30 4:00 p.m. Special campus tours and afternoon programming sessions are being planned and will be announced on the Alumnae/i Weekend website soon. Alumnae/i Weekend Mass 5:00 p.m. Rosary Chapel This liturgy includes a candle and rose procession and the blessing of pins for milestone reunion classes. All-Alumnae/i Awards Dinner 7:30 9:00 p.m. Social Hall Enjoy an elegant dinner together while we honor distinguished alumnae/i with the presentation of the Caritas Veritas Award, the Graduate of the Last Decade (GOLD) Award, and the O Keefe Outstanding Volunteer Achievement Award. ALUMNAE/I WEEKEND June 8 10, 2018 Housing On-campus housing is available in our newest residence hall, Murray Hall, which is air-conditioned. When possible, reunion classes will be grouped together. When you sign up for on-campus housing, please be sure to include the names of those with whom you wish to room. All rooms are furnished with twin beds, linen service, soap and hangers. Single Rooms: Perfect for guests who wish to have a room to themselves (twin bed). Please note that the layout for single and double rooms are the same (see Murray Hall Cluster Style Room layout below). However, a guest requesting a single room will not be assigned a roommate. Guests staying in single rooms may share a bathroom with up to two other guests, depending on residence hall occupancy. There are three options for guests wishing to stay on campus: Group Suites: For groups of 6-8 people, a limited number of group suites are available. Each group suite features four bedrooms (each sleeping two people) and two shared bathrooms. Group suites also feature a communal gathering area and kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator. Reservations for group suites are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Group suites are not available for groups smaller than six people. Double Rooms: Available for alumnae/i wishing to house with a single roommate (two twin beds). These rooms are cluster-style meaning they share a bathroom with one other single or double room. These clusters are perfect for 2-4 guests who wish to be housed in the same vicinity as one another. Special Needs A limited number of ADA accessible residence hall rooms are available.
