Printing and Mailing District Wide Publications Bid 3.1 RESOLVED: that the Board of Education approves the Marsid M & M Group for printing and mailing district-wide publications from April 1, 2014 through March 31, 2015 as per the attached. 4. Obsolete Textbooks 4.1 RESOLVED: that the Board of Education approves the excessing of obsolete textbooks in the Social Studies Department that are no longer being utilized by the District and the recommendation to have Follett Educational Services purchase as many textbooks as are deemed usable. The remainder of the textbooks will be donated to other children who may benefit from the use of the textbooks. 5. Obsolete Library Books 5.1 RESOLVED: that the Board of Education approves the excessing of obsolete library books from our Middle School/High School Library that are no longer being utilized by the District and the recommendation is to donate to other children who may benefit from the use of the library books. 6. Nassau BOCES and Carle Place UFSD Regional Summer School Program Agreement 6.1 RESOLVED: that the Board of Education approves the Regional Summer School agreement with Nassau BOCES and the Carle Place Union Free School District for the summer of 2014 as per attached. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board President is authorized to sign the agreement for the Board of Education. 7. Nassau BOCES, West Hempstead and Carle Place UFSD Regional Summer School Program Agreement 7.1 RESOLVED: that the Board of Education approves the Regional Summer School agreement with Nassau BOCES, West Hempstead Union Free School District and the Carle Place Union Free School District for the summer of 2014 as per attached. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board President is authorized to sign the agreement for the Board of Education.

SCOPE Education Services Agreement 8.1 RESOLVED: that the Board of Education approves the SCOPE Education Services Agreement for the After School Child Care Program for the period September 1, 2014 and ending on June 30, 2015 as per attached, and authorizes Board of Education President to execute same. 9. Health and Welfare Services Agreements 9.1 RESOLVED: that the Board of Education approves the health and welfare services agreement with South Huntington Union Free School District and the Carle Place Union Free School District from July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014 as per attached, and authorizes the Board of Education President to execute same. 9.2 RESOLVED: that the Board of Education approves the health and welfare services agreement with Garden City Union Free School District and the Carle Place Union Free School District from July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014 as per attached, and authorizes the Board of Education President to execute same. 9.3 RESOLVED: that the Board of Education approves the health and welfare services agreement with Uniondale Union Free School District and the Carle Place Union Free School District from September 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014 as per attached, and authorizes the Board of Education President to execute same.
