Professional Procurement During this session learn how to procure the right consultant for your project, learn the requirements for a Pre-Award Evaluation and FAR audit and how DBE goals are determined for your professional consultant contracts. D. Construction Documentation Good project documentation is essential to a successful project. This session will provide a review major construction documentation requirements, including project diaries and materials notebooks, and will provide best management practices from speakers with VDOT, Locality, and Consultant experience. This session will go over what options might be available when things aren't as planned.
