Our meeting is being held earlier this year in order to get us on track with a calendar year budgeting cycle and allow election for new Board Member terms that are to begin January 1, 2004. This is the only time during the year that we have an all-neighborhood meeting for budget discussion, election of board members, election of officers and go over plans for upcoming projects. We will also be discussing Calumet West covenants and the process of amending them in 2004 in preparation for an effective date of May, 2005. There are five Board Member positions that will be decided, so if you have an interest in serving on the Board, please contact Deborah Seufferlein, Chairperson for the Nominating Committee, at 770-795-8599. We will of course be taking nominations from the floor as well. Many thanks to Deborah Seufferlein, Jim Seufferlein, Peggy Faulk, Jim Faulk, Becky Jennings, Jennifer Schindewolf, Valerie Lisa and everyone else that helped with the end of Season party by arranging for the food, decorations, and drinks.
