Page 9 It s a change of jobs, not farwell! 4-H members and families: Over the past few years, I have had a split position doing both 4-H and the Office Support position here in Edwards County. I am happy to say that our 4-H program has grown and we have been able to add many new things such as Workshops, Tech Fests, etc. Growth is great, but it s time we need more hands to get things done. I have really enjoyed working with you all. We have the best leaders, and lots of parent/county support here in Edwards County. It has been a difficult decision, (since I like both jobs) but I am returning to my original position here in Edwards County as full time Office Support. We will be posting the 4-H position and will fill it soon! So watch for a new employee-it will be an exciting time to be a part of this transition, and new programs ahead. Please help me welcome them to their new position and make them feel welcome! Theresa Little Wabash Ramblers has New Leaders Recently, Toby and Carol Beadles have taken over as the new leaders for the Little Wabash Ramblers 4-H Club. Wabash Ramblers has been a club in Edwards County for many many years and we want to see them continue to be a big part of 4-H here in Edwards County. Jack and Louise Shilling recently retired from the club and we will miss them! They each gave approximately 50 years of service working with youth. This is a huge accomplishment, and we thank them for always supporting 4-H.

We have had two workshops this year, and we are having a great time. If you know of anyone else who would like to join, it is not to late. Official age is 5-7 years old as of Sept. 1st 2017. New Members still Welcome! You still have time to join 4-H or grab a friend to come along. We like new members, and it is a good way to hang out and have some fun. The fair will be coming soon so be sure you are enrolled and eligible to participate!
