Key Activities and Accomplishments as a Partner Technology Advisor: Delivered a 6 city (Visayas & Mindanao) partner sales enablement, training 125 Product Advisors of EMCOR to sell the PC Stick with Windows 10 & 0365. This led to a new deal closed and first order of the PC Sticks from EMCOR to our Named OEM Partner, CloudFone. Key contributor to closing our education tablet deal with FELTA and the DepEd Division Schools of Makati & Malabon for 1,600 2in1s and OEM revenue. Collaboration with PLDT Home Team to complete Windows 10 & 0365 sales enablement for more than 300 call center agents and customer service reps that sell the PC Stick for PLDT Home TVolution, this secured another order of 5,000 units of PC Sticks for our OEM partner. Key member of the Device Days team in Q1 of FY17 working with the SMSP SMB and PS-Education team to kick off the multi-city roadshows to drive Device awareness, sales opportunities, and partner enablement. Took on a stretch role on the Named team by "account managing" 2 new partners resulting in Windows revenue ($80k) in Q1 of FY17. With the FY17 results, The OEM NAMED team was able to exceed budget exiting at +$1.2m VTB with a perfect score in CPE. Microsoft Student Partner, Microsoft Philippines September 2011 - October 2015 (4 years and 1 month) The Microsoft Student Partners (MSP) is a worldwide educational program to sponsor students majoring in disciplines related to technology. The MSP program attempts to enhance students' employability by offering training in skills not usually taught in academia, including knowledge in various Microsoft technologies. This is where I started my Microsoft career as an evangelist to colleges and universities. As a Microsoft Student Partner for more than four years, my contributions in end-user facing opportunities to different colleges, universities and the tech community was recognized where I was awarded the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) Award for Windows Expert Consumer. I was the 2 nd MSP in the history of Microsoft Philippines to achieve the MSP-MVP status. Page 2
I ended my stint as a Microsoft Student Partner by representing the Philippines at the Microsoft Student Partners Global Summit 2014 at the Microsoft Corporation Headquarters during the Imagine Cup 2014 week. The Microsoft Student Partners Global Summit happened for the first time in 2014 and it is aimed to celebrate the accomplishments of the top MSPs from different parts of the world at the Microsoft HQ. It was a dream come true and a surreal experience for me. Digital and Audience Motions, (DX) Developer Experience Team at Microsoft Philippines July 2014 - September 2014 (3 months) I was accepted in Microsoft Philippines for my three-month internship program under the (DX) Developer Experience Team where I lead the digital and audience motions, delivering quality content for the Microsoft Philippines Academic Team blog and social media channels and at the same time talking to various colleges and universities about the academic programs of Microsoft for the Philippines. Microsoft U-Crew Ambassador at Microsoft Philippines November 2012 - December 2013 (1 year 2 months) During the month of November, 2012, Microsoft Philippines officially unveiled their eight new U-Crew Ambassadors who will be the voice of Microsoft in promoting new Microsoft products such as Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8 and fortunately, I was among them. Since then, we went to different parts of the Philippines to introduce the fascinating products and technologies of Microsoft to our fellow students. One of the highlights in my stint as a U-Crew Ambassador was the opportunity given to me during the 5 th of February, 2013 when Microsoft Philippines launched Office 365 and I solely represented the Filipino youth alongside other new Office 365 ambassadors where I was able to share how the new Office 365 helped me in my needs as a student.
