THE MILL HILL SCHOOL FOUNDATION We are a group of four schools (the Mill Hill School Foundation) situated in a magnificent 150 acre parkland campus on the edge of the North London Green belt with pupils aged within the ranges of 3-18 years old. We are launching this exciting venture so that we can fulfil our strap line: preparing pupils for life now and in the future. We want to provide pupils and teachers with time outside the classroom to promote out of the box thinking, the sharing of ideas, and the opportunity to turn ideas into viable projects. If you are both interested in innovative creative learning and how this can be incorporated into school life, we would like to hear from you.

ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an individual, ideally with some educational experience, who will relish the opportunity to design and build out this project from scratch. Involved in its early stages, you will be able to help us shape the physical design and technical set up of our Innovation Hub space. We are seeking someone who will draw on ideas from across our four Schools on what innovation means to them, and pull these threads together to shape up an appropriate set of projects and activities. With entrepreneurship as a key area that we wish to develop in preparing our students for the future, there will be the opportunity to work with our teachers to support their own initiatives whilst also looking for interesting ways to work across the age range within the Foundation and into the community beyond. You would be joining an established set of Schools with an interest in incorporating innovation into education. Benefits include: > Generous salary, and benefits of working within a school environment > Accommodation available if required (shared house) > Office space available to develop your own projects > 150-acre parkland campus > Motivated pupils with good levels of parental support > Free lunches and refreshments > Free use of sports facilities including the gym and indoor swimming pool WORKING HOURS > We anticipate you may be running your own business and therefore are offering a post which comprises of 3 days a week, throughout the year > During school term activities may take place within the working day, at lunch time and after school > School holidays would be time for administration, booking activities and speakers, and engaging with our local community
