RESTAURANT & CAFES Restaurant & Cafes The main 80-seat restaurant dining room offers an elevated lunch and dinner menu but still maintains the more informal dining style that is prevalent now in London restaurants, making the restaurant somewhere you could well come to more than once a week. The café offers a simpler, counter-service and more casual dining experience. The main restaurant dining room will feature classic global signature dishes that can be developed in the chef training program to give the trainees a broad experience across different techniques, ingredients and cuisines, setting it apart from other local eating experiences. Research has shown that London residents are used to having many different cuisines on offer and expect to sample a variety of culinary options, this will be reflected in the innovative and diverse menu. The bar will offer bar snacks, enabling a full choice of eating experience, catering for every occasion and preference. Coffee Shop The external coffee shop will again have a menu that differentiates it from the café and restaurant. It will have a strong focus on take away and will be open early to capture commuter traffic in the mornings, during the week and for the local residents visiting the adjoining park.
