If you are a commercial food vendor and would like to raise funds for a local non-profit, you will need a letter of endorsement from the nonprofit to be eligible for our Non-Profit Partnership Program. BIODEGRADABLE SERVICE-WARE All food vendors must have biodegradable/ compostable service wares (Paper plates, boats, cups, bowls, etc)- Ukiah Paper Co., Cash n Carry and World Centric are a few examples of Local stores to purchase biodegradable service wares.
ELECTRICITY Basic electricity will be available for all vendors. Let us know what your electrical needs are if you require more than basic lighting. There will be a charge for extra electricity CAMPING Your Camping Point of Contact will direct you to your designated spot. Only 2 people will be allowed to camp in/behind craft booths. We do not allow this behind food booths (or booths in "the island" since there isn't any space behind these booths) ACCEPTANCE PROCESS All Applicants will be juried a week after Application Deadline. If your business is chosen to participate you will first receive a Congratulations Email. Around mid June you will receive an Acceptance Package in the mail containing your BOOTH NUMBER, VENUE MAP and festival instructions. If you DID NOT MAKE IT through the jury process you will receive a Waiting List Offer. PARKING 1 parking pass included for Craft Booths and 2 for Food Booths. Extra parking passes are $20 (Max 3 per Booth) No RVs or ATVs are allowed. RV spaces must be purchased in advance. I am aware that hazards exist and I am voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the danger involved. I hereby agree to accept any and all risks of injury or death, or theft, and verify this statement by placing my initials here: As consideration for being permitted by The Mateel Community Center, Inc. in these activities and use of their facilities, I hereby agree that I, my assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, and legal representatives will not make a claim against sue, or attach the property of The Mateel Community Center, Inc. or any of its affiliated organizations for injury or damage resulting from the negligence or other acts, howsoever caused or any of its affiliated organizations as a result of my participation in Reggae on the River. I hereby release The Mateel Community Center, Inc. and any of its affiliated organizations from all actions, claims or demands that I, my assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, and legal representatives now have or may hereafter have for injury or damage resulting from my participation in Reggae on the River.
