ART 2.2 Support to Situational Understanding Support to situational understanding is the task of providing information and intelligence to commanders to assist them in achieving a clear understanding of the force s current state with relation to the threat and other aspects of the AO. It supports the commander s ability to make sound decisions. (FM 2-0) (USAICoE) NO.
