Failing to properly document the arrest of a suspected drunk driver in an incident report, and failing to obtain approval for the person s release. Being arrested for DUI, with a blood alcohol content of.14%. Driving a patrol vehicle in a dangerous, unsafe and negligent manner, causing a traffic collision, failing to wear a seatbelt while operating a Department vehicle, engaging in an out of policy vehicle pursuit, and failing to accurately document his actions and the actions of the suspect in the criminal report. Engaging in an out of policy vehicle pursuit as a bookman, and failing to accurately document his actions and the actions of the suspect in the criminal report. Contacting an officer from another law enforcement agency and questioning him about the circumstances regarding traffic citation issued to a family member. Being arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, with a blood alcohol content of.12%, and being in possession of his firearm while intoxicated.
