APPLICATION PROCESS Two-tiered process, each tier needs to be completed to progress to the next TIER 1: Letter of Interest (LOI) a brief, preliminary proposal TIER 2: Full Proposal from organizations selected by the LOI review panel 8

Organizational Eligibility One application US-based projects 501 (c) (3) tax exempt status Annual operating expenses more than $100,000; $25,000 arts-based programs 3 years of successful arts and/or media arts producing or presenting experience Preference for organization size not a consideration once eligibility criteria are met 11
