Illustrated during the didactic component of the course will be information on managing complications supported by case-based solutions developed in practical clinical practice. The experienced faculty will provide in-depth information on predictable and unpredictable complications from a procedure, how to avoid them, and how to manage them should they occur. General General Information Information Badges Exhibiting companies may register additional representatives either in advance or on-site for a $275 Advance/On-site $325 fee per person. On-site registrants will be required to complete an on-site registration form and submit proof of company affiliation (business card). After space assignment: Refund of 50%, less $250 will be granted if postmarked or e-mail dated April 2, 2013 to April 15, 2013. No refund will be given after April 15, 2013.
