The G200 Youth Forum will be one of the largest international events organized for young leaders from around 200 countries in 2015, and about 500 young leaders, members of parliaments and young parliamentarians, students and academics, representatives of the business world, governments and international organizations will be participating in it. The G200 Youth Forum 2015 has 4 main platforms which will run in tandem with each other: G20 Youth Summit resulting in the Communiqué Conference with publication of academic articles in the Conference Proceedings International Young Parliamentarians Debate with Joint Statement Joint Sessions Results The G200 Youth Forum Final Results will be disseminated throughout the world and shared, in particular, with the Heads of 193 States and 70 leading international organizations such as UN, IMF, World Bank, OECD, European Commission. We would like to invite your University for cooperation on 2 main events of the G200 Youth Forum: Conference and G20 Youth Summit. 1) Conference of the G200 Youth Forum We would like to invite you to nominate a maximum of 10 exceptional individuals (up to 5 students and 5 teachers, professors or academics) from your University with a track record of achievement and excellence to participate at our Conference. The end result of the Conference will be the production of the Conference Proceedings book, a very comprehensive document which includes academic articles based on our participants presentations. The Conference Proceedings has ISSN status (2297-0134) and is included in leading national and international academic databases. During the Conference around 300 participants from about 100 of the best Universities in the world will discuss global problems which are on the agenda of the academic communities of different countries in the format of 8 round tables working in parallel. The presentations by academics and students will be followed by discussions. The Conference add value not only to the world leaders efforts in responding to the global economic and financial challenges, but also it serves as a unique opportunity for the participants to gather together in an

exchange of ideas and best practice, encouraging stronger personal and professional relationships. 2) G20 Youth Summit We would like to invite you to nominate representatives (up to 10 students) from your University with a track record of achievement and excellence to participate at our G20 Youth Summit and hold a position of Head of State, Sherpa or one of the Ministers in the Youth Delegation of your country. List of positions is: Head of States, Sherpa, Minister of Economy, Minister of Finance, Minister of International Affairs, Minister of Education, Minister of Environment, Minister of Development, Ministers of Social Affairs, Minister of Culture and Journalist. Presidential and ministerial committees will be working in parallel to discuss the agenda and create the Communiqué. The result of a 3-day G20 Youth Summit will be the final Communiqué (recommendations) discussed and approved by the participants which will reflect the views of young leaders on key issues in social and economic fields that have paramount importance for the young generation of the G20 countries. Upon receipt of your recommendations, we undertake to consider positively the application of your nominees. Please make sure that your nominee receives the enclosed information and application form. Your nomination letter, together with a short description of your candidate s profile, talents and achievements and your nominee s applications should reach the no later than 31 October 2014 if you are applying for the G20 Youth Summit and no later than November 15 2014 if you are applying for the Conference of the G200 Youth Forum. 1) CHECKLIST FOR THE INDIVIDUAL IN CHARGE OF NOMINATIONS FOR THE CONFERENCE OF THE G200 YOUTH FORUM a) The Nomination letter with a short description of your candidate s profile, talents and achievements must be sent by e-mail to g20youth@g20youth.org no later than 15 November 2014. b) Candidates must: be aged over 18 be a student or professor from all over the world with a proven track record of achievement and excellence have good communication skills in English 2) CHECKLIST FOR THE APPLICANT The following application documents must be sent by e-mail to g20youth@g20youth.org no later than 15 November 2014: a) Application Form (submit at www.g200youthforum.org/participate) b) Curriculum Vitae c) Recent photograph d) The topic and the abstract of the speech e) The Conference article must be sent no later than 1 December 2014 3) GENERAL INFORMATION Successful applicants will be notified by e-mail within 1-2 days from the receipt of their complete application file at g20youth@g20youth.org. The Author Guidelines for the preparation of the Conference papers and presentations will be sent to the successful applicants of the Conference by the. The participation fee must be received within 5 days of notification to the candidate that his/her application has been successful. Participation fee 1190 Euro (double room), 1590 Euro (single room). The invoice will be provided by the NGO. Discount by October 15, 2014: 1090 Euro (double room), 1490 Euro (single room). The discount applies if organizers receive the fee by October 15, 2014. 1) CHECKLIST FOR THE APPLICANT OF THE G20 YOUTH SUMMIT Candidates must: be aged between 18 and 30 be a young expert in the sphere of international affairs, economics, finance or other fields have good communication skills in English be a citizen or a student of a university of the G20 countries* * The G20 countries: Australia, Argentina, Brazil, United Kingdom, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Canada, People's Republic of China, Mexico, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, USA, Turkey, France, Republic of Korea, South Africa, Japan and European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, United Kingdom, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Finland, France, Croatia, Check Republic, Sweden, Estonia). The will be appointing candidates to selected Committees and positions after the application deadline stated above (31 October, 2014). The will inform them which position the candidates have been given and which Committee they will join at the G20 Youth Summit within 1-2 weeks after the deadline. The participation fee must be received in 5 business days after the confirmation of the position and committee. Otherwise chosen position in chosen committee will be given to another candidate. If you apply for the position, which is already occupied, you may be confirmed as advisor or we will inform you about vacant positions.
