ABOUT THIS GUIDE Facility managers, treaty compliance officers, and others engaged in arms control implementation need to be able to quickly locate the appropriate offices when seeking answers to time-sensitive questions regarding arms control policy and implementation. For this purpose, this guide provides contact telephone and fax numbers (commercial and DSN) for the primary U.S. government offices involved in arms control compliance and implementation. Each entry also includes a brief description of office functions and capabilities. Offices are listed alphabetically and are organized into two sections: the first section contains those offices responsible for arms control policy; and the second section contains those offices focused on arms control implementation.
