First, buyers and sellers in all government contracting must understand Cost Analysis and Price Analysis, two tools used in assessing fairness and reasonableness of proposed prices. To assist you with understanding these two tools, we will explore and provide examples of various Cost and Price analysis techniques with an in-depth mock proposal walk-thru along with a question and answer period.
