Learning Outcomes 1 2 3 To analyze and evaluate health policie's and health promotion documents, to be able to apply the evidence based strategical actions and measures in the practice in developing of national, regional and local health policy documents and public health promotion programs / projects. To be able to evaluate critically the health sector' role of the leadership in health policy making and intersectoral collaboration. To be able to reveal the causes of resistance to health system reforms, to identify the obstacles and to adjust the methods of their reduction in the management changes of health policy implementation.
