In particular, we are looking for ambitious personalities who are interested and willing to transfer validated scientific projects into innovative commercial applications.

LSI our offer Incubation concept, unique in Germany based on 5 pillars: Evaluation Project Financing Project Management Personnel Development Project Transfer before incubation: intense project and team evaluation/due Diligence, further project development verification and specification of business model, R&D plan and financing needs during incubation/ post incubation Incubation at LSI: max. 1.5 m project funding by the local state or BMBF incl. personnel costs, infrastructure (lab, office, equipment), consumables, third-party contracts contract of employment with LSI according TV-L/TVÖD teams relocate to LSI (Bonn, NRW or Dresden, Saxony) duration of incubation: up to 3 years continuous support by LSI team/infrastructure/network personal project manager, project meetings bi-weekly and upon request Internal/external coaching regarding R&D, team development, IP, legal affairs, set-up of business plan, financing, business/corporate development etc. post incubation ( goals): company formation/spin-off based on follow-on financing co-investment option by LSI pre-seed fund
