. What are Healthgrades Patient Satisfaction Tools? Healthgrades gives your practice the tools you need to manage your patient reviews. We make it easy to build your online reputation with web-based tools that help you attract the new patient volume you deserve. Our online and offline tools invite verified reviews from patients, increasing the quality, quantity and credibility of your patient satisfaction scores.. Why do I need Healthgrades Patient Satisfaction Tools? 9 out of 0 consumers check patient reviews before choosing a doctor. With over million visits to Healthgrades each day, it is the # resource that connects patients to information about physicians. 3. What does Healthgrades do to prevent patient survey fraud? Healthgrades validates every patient survey. Once the patient submits the survey to us, the survey goes through several validation steps, such as confirming the patient s email address and testing for spam. Once the source and content of the survey are validated and confirmed, the survey is ready for posting. If you think someone has falsified a survey about you, please contact Healthgrades at https://update.healthgrades.com/contactus. 4. What do I do about a bad survey dragging down my survey score? The best strategy is often simply to get more of your patients to complete a survey using the new Healthgrades Patient Satisfaction Tools. Yes, you can submit a general response to be displayed on your Patient Satisfaction Survey page. After you log in to your profile on Healthgrades, select the Your Voice option from the left sidebar. Then select the Response to Patient Satisfaction Surveys option in the Your Voice section.

Please do not refer to any specific cases or people (even indirectly). Healthgrades reserves the right to remove inappropriate responses that come to our attention.

6. What are Healthgrades Patient Satisfaction Appointment Cards? Patient Satisfaction Appointment Cards are customized cards inviting patients to share their experience with you on Healthgrades. The cards come in two sizes business card and postcard sizes. These appointment cards are customized with your portrait and a personal link directly to your Patient Satisfaction Survey on Healthgrades. After you log in to your profile on Healthgrades, select the Patient Satisfaction Tools option from the left sidebar. Click on the Print Card button in the Printable Patient Satisfaction Cards section. Cards are customized with your portrait and a personal link directly to your Patient Satisfaction Survey on Healthgrades.

The button defaults to Business Cards option. Review your practice information for accuracy. To print in your office, first choose between the Business Cards or Post Cards button in the top right side of the page. Then click on the Open as PDF button to create a printable PDF in a new tab. Use Avery template 537 for the business card size (3.5"x") and Avery template 3380 for the postcard size (5.5"x4.5"). Once you have loaded the appropriate Avery paper into your printer, confirm that your printer options are set to Actual Size before you print.

8. Can my local printer print the Healthgrades Patient Satisfaction Appointment Cards? Yes. After you log in to your profile on Healthgrades, select the Patient Satisfaction Tools option from the left sidebar. The button defaults to Business Cards. Review your practice information for accuracy. Choose between the Business Cards or Post Cards button at the top right side of the page. Then click on the Open as PDF button to create the printable PDF in a new tab. Download the PDF onto your computer and email the printer-ready file to your printer. 9. I have never added my picture to my Healthgrades profile. How do I add it so that it displays on my profile and on my Patient Satisfaction Appointment Cards? After you log in to your profile on Healthgrades, select the Photo option from the left sidebar. Click on the Upload a Photo button and select the picture that you want to use from your files. Use the cropping tool to resize and position the portrait and hit save.

0. I just updated my practice information. Why is it not showing up correctly on the appointment card? Please allow 4 hours for the database to update and reflect changes on your Patient Satisfaction Appointment Cards before printing.. Can I print alternative addresses for my practice on the appointment card? Appointment cards will display your practice name and the primary address on your Healthgrades profile. Other physicians in your practice can select an alternative primary address for their profile, which will display on their Patient Satisfaction Appointment Cards.. What is the Healthgrades Patient Satisfaction Review Link? The Patient Satisfaction Review Link is a customized, mobile-friendly link that takes your patients directly to your patient satisfaction survey on healthgrades.com. Further engage with your patients with post-appointment emails and include this link, inviting them to complete a survey. 3. How do I get the Healthgrades Patient Satisfaction Review Link? After you log in to your profile on Healthgrades, select the Patient Satisfaction Tools option from the left sidebar. The Patient Satisfaction Review Link (URL) will be in the website address box of the Patient Satisfaction Review Link section, beginning with http://www.healthgrades.com/.

4. Can I post my Healthgrades Star Rating on my practice website? Yes. The Healthgrades Patient Satisfaction Badge Generator creates custom HTML code that can be inserted by your IT department or web administrator onto your practice website. This allows your patients to view your Healthgrades Star Rating directly from your website. 5. Are there multiple options for what Healthgrades information can be displayed on my website? Yes, there are three Badge options that can be displayed. Badges are dynamic and will resize to fit mobile versions of the website. 5 Responses Share your experience Option includes the number of stars, the number of responses, and Share your experience (a link to your Healthgrades survey on healthgrades.com) and the Healthgrades logo. Option includes the number of stars and the Healthgrades initials. Option 3 includes only the Healthgrades logo, but lets your patients know that you have reviews on Healthgrades. 6. How do I add the Healthgrades Star Ratings to my practice website? After you log in to your profile on Healthgrades, select the Patient Satisfaction Tools option from the left sidebar. The custom HTML code for the Healthgrades Star Ratings is in the Patient Satisfaction Badge Generator section.

Select the display option that you prefer and click the Get the Code button for that option, to download and save the code on your computer. This code can then be inserted by your IT department or web administrator into your practice website, allowing your patients to see your Healthgrades Star Rating and link to Healthgrades to complete a survey about their experience with your care. 7. Best practices of badge placement? A Healthgrades Star Ratings Badge should be placed near the physician name and portrait of the relevant physician. Badges should be placed on the home page of a practice with multiple physicians. Think of Healthgrades Star Ratings as important information your patients are seeking the best placement is at the top of the physician profile.

8. Can the Healthgrades Star Ratings Badge be customized? No. You can select from the three layout options, but the badge cannot be customized for color, font or logo selection. 9. Are the Star Ratings identical on my Healthgrades profile and on my practice website? Yes, the Star Ratings are identical on your Healthgrades profile and practice website as you receive additional surveys, your Star Ratings will update on Healthgrades and on your practice website. 0. How often are Healthgrades Star Ratings updated on my practice website? Healthgrades Star Ratings are updated as you receive confirmed surveys. Once a survey is submitted and confirmed, satisfaction surveys are published to your profile within 4 hours.. What if there is more than one physician at my practice? The Healthgrades Star Ratings Badge can be created for each and every physician in your practice. Generate the badge for each physician and display it next to the physician s name and portrait on a roster page on your website and/or on the profile page for each physician in the practice.. Can I integrate the Healthgrades Patient Satisfaction Survey into my website? Yes, the Healthgrades Patient Satisfaction Survey can be embedded into a practice website. 3. What if there is more than one physician at my practice? Can I still integrate the Healthgrades Patient Satisfaction Survey into my website? Yes, the Healthgrades Patient Satisfaction Survey can be uniquely associated with each physician in the practice. The Healthgrades Patient Satisfaction Survey will be set up to allow patients to select which physician they visited. 4. Where should the Healthgrades Patient Satisfaction Survey be placed on my website? If you are a single physician in a practice, the Healthgrades Patient Satisfaction Survey can be linked from your home page or the provider profile page and will open a new page for the survey. If there is more than one physician in a practice, the Healthgrades Patient Satisfaction Survey can be displayed as a carousel or dropdown list in the leave feedback section of the practice website. If the survey is publicly accessible, all patients will need to confirm they want their survey published on Healthgrades. Surveys accessed privately can bypass the confirmation process, as we will have already confirmed patient contact information via your website. Can the Healthgrades Patient Satisfaction Survey be integrated into my Facebook page?
