Gwinnett Senior Golden Games Liability Waiver I, undersigned, hereby request permission to enter onto land or facilities operated by Gwinnett County and all other sponsored event locations used in the Gwinnett Senior Golden Games for the purpose of engaging in duly authorized and approved leisure activities. I agree to in accordance with all the rules and regulations that have been read and understood by me. I further recognize that I may obtain a copy of these rules and regulations by written request of the Gwinnett Senior Golden Games. In executing this unconditional waiver, I state that my attendance and participation in the stated Gwinnett Senior Golden Games is voluntary. I am familiar with the premises in which the activities in which I will participate will be conducted and know the risks and dangers involved in such activites. I assume all the risks of injury to my person and property that may be sustained in connection with the stated participation in and about the premises. In consideration of the permission granted to me to enter the premises and the privilege of participation in the recreational activities, I hereby, for myself and my heirs, administrators, and assignees, release, remiss, waive and discharge Gwinnett County, Gwinnett County Parks & Recreation, its sponsors, agents, employees, representatives or offi cials from all claims, demands, action, and causes of my action of any sort for injury sustained to my person and or property during my presence on the premises and my participation in the activities due to negligence or any other fault or cause whatsoever. This idemnity shall survive my participation in this sports program.
