Report to IEEE Winnipeg Section Dave Kemp, ICF VP - Grants April 20, 2015 Thank you for the opportunity to present an ICF overview at the January 2015 Section AGM. The ICF Board is pleased to announce a 2015 Special Grant to the University of Manitoba in the amount of $1,500 for their T-SAT3 satellite project. In 2011 the Foundation awarded a similar grant to UoM for $4,500. The University of Manitoba recently received McNaughton Learning Resource Center upgrades as recently as 2014 and 2011.
