Industrial partners of Skolkovo 4 The overall lab and office space of planned RD centers of industrial partners of Skolkovo is 260 thousand sq.m, 6 thousand researchers will work there in 3 years ROLE OF INDUSTRIAL PARTNERS IN SKOLKOVO ECOSYSTEM EXAMPLES: 11 out of ТOP-20 Russian corporations (Gazprom, Lukoil, Rosneft, RZD, Sberbank, AFK Systema, Rosseti, Tatneft, InterRAO, Transneft, Severstal, Rostech) implemented innovations developed by Skolkovo companies. 5 out of TOP-10 global pharma companies (Pfizer, J&J, Sanofi, Medtronic, Roche) invested in Skolkovo residents projects 3 CREIs of Skoltech are cooperating with Skolkovo industrial partners and signed contractual research contracts (overall 7 partners are engaged) Over 20 business idea competitions were supported financially by industrial partners More than 55 companies already committed to locate their R&D in Skolkovo Innovation Center with overall 6000 employers by 2017

PERSONNEL Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (SkolTech) 48 professors and teachers (200 plan for 2020) 312 masters and PhD students(1200 for 2020) 65% students are involved in innovative projects and startups 19% foreign students; More than 50% of professors and teachers are invited from foreign universities RESEARCH: 9 Centers of Science, innovations and education started their work 120 publications in the magazines indexed by Scopus/Web of Science, 6,93 average impact factor EDUCATION: 6 master programs; 7 PhD programs INDUSTRY: 13,4% expenses of SkolTech are covered by non budget resources that is 6% more than plan. Collaboration of Skolkovo startups with partners from China 10 More than 30 companies from Skolkovo are already operating in the Chinese market or are planning to enter it; Dauria Aerospace and Cybernaut Investment Group (China) are planning to open a joint venture in Hong Kong (scope of investments is USD 70 mln); Optogard Nanotech signed an agreement with Shandong Trustpipe Industry for the amount of USD 2.5 mln. The joint project was included in the List of projects approved by the Russia-China Sub-commission for scientific and technological cooperation in 2016-2017; 3 investment transactions between participants of the Skolkovo Biomed, IT and Space clusters and Chinese partners are under structuring.
