The incentives should bring on a raft of new developments, especially for residential land which the industry needs. Investors are starting to return to the market which is a great sign. Linda Bland - Chair Real Estate Institute of Queensland Fraser Coast. The incentives are aimed squarely at attracting investment and development to the region with a focus on employment generation, residential development, rural industries, tourist parks and medical centres.
