H. BUPERS-325 (MEDICAL) USN: Any Hospitalman with NEC L01A, L02A, L10A, or L28A permanently assigned or on Temporary Additional Duty (TAD) to any NEC L01A, L02A, L10A, or L28A billet (respectively) authorized for SDAP, and pursuant to the following guidelines: a. Only one IDC per authorized billet may receive SDAP. b. Member may only receive SDAP while TAD if the SDAP billet they are filling is vacant, the incumbent is absent, or the incumbent has transferred without contact relief; the reporting member must hold the NEC for the vacant SDAP position they are filling. If the member's permanent billet (i.e., their originating command) has a greater SDAP level, the member is eligible to receive the higher amount.
