FIELD INTERNSHIP RUN REPORTS Paramedic students must complete an electronic report for each ALS patient assessment. This report assists the training institution in assessing student performance and contributes to quality improvement. The report provides information concerning the student s ability to perform and document patient assessment information, past and present medical histories, and documentation of treatment(s) provided. These reports will be maintained by the Pro EMS Center for MEDICS, in compliance with patient privacy and HIPAA requirements, and must be available for audit by OEMS. The students will use Platinum Planner to capture this data. All PCR s must be submitted in FISDAP within 72 hours of the shift.
