CASE # DATE TIME LOCATION INCIDENT CLASSIFICATION ARREST JA 1806-0001 06/01/2018 1130 B&G Harassment Officers responded to a call for a student who has been advised several times by staff members to request an appointment in order to speak with a professor about grades who repeatedly responded to the office without an appointment. 1806-0002 06/08/2018 0847 B&G Miscellaneous/ Field Observation A suspicious plant thought to be marijuana was observed by a staff member and reported to BSU Police. Investigation revealed the plant was not marijuana. 1806-0003 06/10/2018 2005 CMRC Burglary 4 th Degree 5 (a) $500 Officers responded to a report of a burglary. Victim advised after a disagreement between the victim and suspect, the suspect forcefully entered the dwelling to retrieve items which belonged to the suspect. Nothing was stolen. The suspect is known to the victim. Damaged was incurred to the dwelling by the forced entry. Investigation continues. 1806-0004 06/12/2018 1226 Mckeldin Malicious Destruction of Property A student reported to officers that an unknown person (s) used an unknown object and scratched their vehicle while it was parked. Investigation is being conducted. OFC. I.D. 1144 1132 1148 1140

1806-0005 06/11/2018 1725 CMRC Burglary 2 nd Degree 5(a) $280.00 Officers responded to a call for a B and E. Upon arrival the victim advised an unknown person (s) forcefully entered their dwelling and removed $280 US Currency. Investigation is being conducted. 1806-0006 06/12/2018 1238 Mckeldin Miscellaneous (Verbal Dispute) Officers observed an unknown male and female having a verbal dispute. Investigation revealed one person was a student and the other wasn t. The parties separated as officers approached. No physical altercation occurred. Protective order measures were offered to the student. 1806-0007 06/14/2018 0905 Lot J1 Warrant Service Howard County Police responded to campus and advised BSU Police there was a warrant for an employee on campus. Suspect was subsequently located and taken into custody by the Howard County Police. Notification was made to the Director of Human Resources and Title IX. 1806-0008 06/14/2018 1618 CMRC CDS While doing health and wellness checks Residential Staff members observed suspected marijuana on the kitchen counter and notified BSU Police. Officers observed the suspected CDS, confiscated and subsequently tested it. The 1128 1140 1115 JA 1115

results were positive. Incident was forwarded to Student Affairs. 1806-0009 06/14/2018 1430 CMRC CDS While doing health and wellness JA 1115 checks Residential Staff members observed suspected marijuana in the kitchen area on the counter and notified BSU Police. Officers observed the suspected CDS, confiscated and subsequently tested it. The results were positive. Investigation revealed the student was in their residential dwelling and in good health. Because this was a reoccurrence, the incident was referred to Student Affairs. 1806-0012 06/25/2018 1742 CBGS Burglary 2 nd Degree 5(a) $1850 Officers responded to a call for a burglary. Investigation revealed the an unknown person(s) forcefully entered the dwelling and removed a Sony Play Station Game ($350), An IPAD MINI Computer ($400), A pair of shoes ($650) and a belt ($450). 1128

No suspects. Investigation is being conducted. 1806-0013 06/25/2018 1742 CBGS Disorderly Conduct Officers responded to a call for an irate student who has been advised several times by staff members to request an appointment in order to speak with a professor about grades who repeatedly responded to the office without an appointment. The student was again advised to make an appointment to speak with the professor and given a trespass warning by police. 1806-0014 06/27/2018 1418 JEP Medical Call Officers responded to a medical emergency and upon arrival were advised of a student which was having an Asthma attack. The student utilized their inhaler but it did not relieve the systems. EMS was called and transported the student to the hospital. 1806-0015 06/28/2018 2249 CMRC Miscellaneous (Welfare Check) Officers responded to a call to check on the well-being of a student because they were having suicidal thoughts. Investigation revealed the student left the campus and went to Morgan State University to visit a friend The student was talking and in good spirits. Referred to Student Affairs. 1128 1143 JA 1143
