They are taught the basics of operation in the following areas: - Sales: Participants accompany Account Executives on client calls to experience the sales process first hand. o. of Stations Participant Title Participants 7 General Manager Operations Manager Account Executives - Operations: Participant is introduced to the basics of broadcasting, including production and live on-air spots - General Manager: Participant is shown the basics of organizing sales presentations, entering sales orders and production, and preparing a sales pitch sheet.
