TechSoup Donations and Admin Fees TechSoup is a nonprofit that fits in between tech companies and charities. Companies donate to TechSoup, and we distribute to foundations, nonprofits, & libaries worldwide. Most product donations have admin fees for charities. Example: Microsoft admin fees are 5% of retail. Cloud products and services are trending toward discounts - not donations. Admin fees cover shipping, customer service, and operating expenses etc.
