Our plan is that you will not be injured or ill; however, please bring your health care insurance card with you in case it is needed. Upload a copy of your CAP Form 31 from the NCSA website to this Dropbox link below ASAP. https://www.dropbox.com/request/pbjkevvxohzcxda0ghy6 b) CAP F 32 CAP Cadet Activity Permission Slip is a best practices suggested form. It is good to have on file at the event. 2 c) CAP F 160 and 161 Emergency Notification Data (attached to this email) (REQUIRED): CAP R 35-2 requires all members attending an activity away from their local community to carry completed CAP F 160 and 161s. The regulation requires the forms to be carried to
the activity and turned in to the project officer to be used in case of an emergency notification. It is also wise to carry a copy of your emergency contact numbers on your person. d) Photo Authorization is to enable the taking of a group photo, and other photographic needs related to the March Field RC Flight Academy. e) Flight release form is attached below. It is a good idea to have this signed as well, as in CAP opportunities to fly happens at the spur of the moment. Without this signed, a cadet cannot fly. Your general permission to participate in the activity covers ground transportation during the activity and to/from the point of arrival and departure. 7. If you have specific diet restrictions, send that list as soon as you can to randallcarlson_2000@yahoo.com. We cannot guarantee specific meals or guarantee avoidance of specific items to which you may be allergic, but we do need to know what they are (and they should have been listed on your CAPF31). We will also try to find meals that will meet your needs. 8. Should you have any questions please send an email to randallcarlson_2000@yahoo.com. This email address will also be monitored by me while at the activity in July. Parents who need to reach us immediately while their son/daughter is at the March ARB RC Flight Academy should call my cell phone at (951) 970-9527. If I am on the flight line or driving somewhere I will not hear the cell phone and answer it right away. Either way, phone or email me if you have questions/concerns. I am up all night in the command center area doing CQ or security/fire watch over the camp every night with senior members. One of us is always on duty. //RANDALL L.
