Frederik Meijer Heart & Vascular Institute Winter Cardiovascular Update 2018 March 2 to March 4, 2018 Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa Boyne Mountain Resort Boyne Falls, Michigan

Dear Friends and Colleagues: We are excited to host our annual Winter Conference this year, March 2 to March 4, 2018 at Boyne Mountain Resort. Join the experts from Spectrum Health Frederik Meijer Heart & Vascular Institute to learn about prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease. Interactive sessions will include discussions around culinary medicine, peripheral vascular disease, arrhythmia and heart failure management, among others. Updates will be provided around the multidisciplinary team approach to excellent patient care and cutting-edge cardiovascular research. We strive to address key cardiovascular topics commonly seen by our primary care colleagues. Both chronic and acute disease states will be addressed. Our faculty have been tasked to present important clinical findings that would be especially useful to our primary care audience. We invite you to join us at Winter Conference 2018 for a family-friendly weekend at Boyne Mountain Resort as we gather with colleagues across the state to learn the latest in cardiovascular medicine. On behalf of the Planning Committee, we look forward to seeing you in March 2018! Sincerely yours, Nagib Chalfoun, MD David Wohns, MD
