Help us to be His hands, His eyes and ears, and His heart to them. Inspire us always to do for others what we would want them to do for us. VIRTUE FOR MARCH COMPASSION Compassion is following the example of Jesus the healer, who acted with deep care and concern for the people who were hurt or troubled. When we are compassionate we reach out in love to assist those who need our help. As God s chosen ones, holy and beloved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, meekness and patience. (1 Colossians 3.12) Guide us to learn about the needs of our world. May Jesus Spirit shine through us in our service to the poor and needy.
