Hayagreeva Rao Professor, Stadord Uiversity Professor Rao has published widely i the fields of maagemet ad sociology ad studies the social ad cultural causes of orgaizatioal chage. I his research, he studies three sub-processes of orgaizatioal chage: a) creatio of ew social structures, b) the trasformatio of existig social structures, ad c) the dissolutio of existig social structures. Alog with a team from the Uiversity of North Carolia ad Uiversity of Califoria-Sa Fracisco she has bee fuded by the ACP to develop ad test practical self-maagemet guides ad videos for patiets with diabetes, COPD, coroary artery disease, obesity, ad rheumatoid arthritis.
