The Process Pre-listing Pitching & Listing Reporting and Mentoring Investment Closing

The Process Pre-listing Pre-listing Reporting and Mentoring Pitching & Listing Investment Closing Pre-listing: - Initial screening will be conducted to filter out applications that provide inaccurate and/or incomplete information. The initial screening will also filter out applicants that are found not to satisfy various background checks. The applicants will be assessed by PC+ committee based on certain criteria and eligible candidates will be shortlisted for pitching to Qualified Matching Investors (QMIs). The PC+ committee consists of personnel with many years of investment experience.

The Process Pitching And Listing Pre-listing Pitching & Listing Pitching & Listing: - Eligible candidates from pre-listing stage will pitch to QMIs. Candidates that secure investment from QMIs will be listed as featured deals. Reporting and Mentoring Investment Closing All eligible candidates from pre-listing stage will be listed on the ECF platform.

The Process Investment Closing Pre-listing Pitching & Listing Investment Closing: - Issuers with larger revenue or fund raise are required to engage third party professionals to conduct full due diligence prior to disbursement. Reporting and Mentoring Investment Closing Upon meeting the conditions set e.g. minimum amount, the funds will be disbursed to the issuer

The Process Reporting And Mentoring Pre-listing Pitching & Listing Reporting and Mentoring: - Quarterly meetings with QMIs to track the KPIs against actual and an avenue to flag issues. Reporting and Mentoring Investment Closing AGM whereby the annual report will be presented to all the shareholders with Q&A session.
