por Lao s People Democratic Republic Peace Independence Democracy Unity Prosperity No. 2151/MOIC.DIMEX Vientiane Capital, Dated 30 October 2009 Notification on the List of Controlled Goods Subject to Non-Automatic Import and Export Licensing Procedures in Lao PDR - Pursuant to the Prime Minister s Decree on No. 188/P.M, dated 17/08/2006. - Pursuant to the Prime Minister s Decree on Exports Management No. 205/PM, dated 11/10/2001. - Pursuant to the Prime Minister s Decree on Import Licensing No. 180/PM, dated 07/07/2009. - Referring the unanimous agreement between the and relevant Ministries. - Referring the Proposal of the Department of Exports. Minister of the notifies as follows: 1. All goods listed this Notification are subject to non-automatic import and export licensing procedures. With respect to goods subject to automatic import and export licensing procedures, the will coordinate with relevant authorities to issue a separate Notification. 2. Organizations, individuals or legal entities which are entitled to import or export the goods listed in this Notification shall apply for a license from the relevant agencies prior to imports or exports of such goods. 3. Any goods that are not listed in the List of Controlled Goods Subject to Import and Export Licensing and are not subject to Sanitary and Phyto-Sanitary (SPS) Measures and Technical Barriers to Trade (TBT) Measures shall proceed directly to the Customs clearance procedures. 4. All relevant agencies at both central and local levels have responsibility to implement this Notification. 5. This Notification shall enter into force 90 days after its signatory, and replaces the Notification No. 1376/MOIC.DIMEX, dated 10/10/2006.
