Board of Regents Charles W. Schwartz was appointed to the Board of Regents by Governor Rick Perry in 2013. He was elected to serve a two-year term as Chairman of the Board on May 8, 2017. Mr. Schwartz served two terms as chair of the Committee on Finance and was a member of the Committee on Buildings and Physical Plant.
