Employee health and wellbeing survey The organisation is committed to promoting positive health and wellbeing for all staff. To do this, we need to find out what issues are important to you. Completing this survey will help us understand how the working environment and lifestyles impact on staff health and wellbeing. Please complete this survey as fully as possible. The results will then help us to develop and health campaigns and provide initiatives that are relevant to you and your colleagues.
